For General Contractors & Builders

Your contractual defense, documented from above.

Digital-twin progress tracking, orthomosaic site maps, and thermal envelope scans for South Georgia's biggest builds — EV plants, data centers, MILCON, and commercial projects where an undocumented dispute costs six figures.

The Stakes

On a megaproject, memory is not a record.

South Georgia is in a construction supercycle — Hyundai Metaplant suppliers, Fort Moore MILCON, data centers, and I-75/I-85 industrial corridors. When a pay-app dispute, delay claim, or envelope defect surfaces, the GC with dated aerial documentation wins the conversation.

What Puts GCs at Risk

  • Pay application disputes with no independent progress record
  • Envelope defects discovered after close-in, at 10× repair cost
  • Sub performance claims that come down to he-said-she-said
  • NDAA / HB 205 data restrictions on government-adjacent sites
  • Schedule documentation scattered across phones and emails

What Aerial Documentation Delivers

  • Dated orthomosaic progress maps — a visual daily report
  • Thermal envelope scans that verify insulation before close-in
  • Independent third-party record for pay apps and claims
  • NDAA-friendly Autel platform, AES-256, no forced cloud
  • Recurring flight cadence matched to your schedule of values

FAQ

Questions general contractors ask us.

Can you fly on government-adjacent or security-sensitive sites?

Yes. We operate a non-DJI Autel platform with AES-256 encryption and no forced cloud upload — aligned with NDAA-friendly procurement and Georgia HB 205 direction. We coordinate airspace authorizations near Moody AFB, Fort Moore, and MCLB Albany as required.

What cadence do most GCs choose?

Weekly or biweekly during structure and envelope phases, monthly during interior fit-out. We match the cadence to your schedule of values so each pay application has a dated aerial record behind it.

Who owns the imagery?

You do — every deliverable transfers to the GC or owner per your subcontract requirements. We archive in the Data Vault only if you opt in, which most project teams do through closeout and the warranty period.
